Carpenters for Christ Install New Roof on Dorm
In August, Carpenters for Christ visited the Glenn Springs Academy and worked long, hard hours in the hot sun to put a new roof on our dormitory. In addition to re-shingling the roof, Carpenters for Christ also mentored seven clients of Glenn Springs Academy and taught them hands on labor and skill that goes along with the job. In the evening, Carpenters for Christ provided music and fellowship for the entire campus along with a delicious chicken dinner. Words cannot express how much we appreciate all their hard work and their willingness to mentor our Boys. Due to all their hard work, a job that was scheduled to take three days, was completed in a day and a half! We also are grateful for the bibles that they donated to all our Boys.
